Partnership Council

The Partnership Council engages cross-sectoral leaders from schools, government agencies, and community organizations to identify and address emerging issues impacting children, youth, and families across Goodhue County. They also identify new collaborative opportunities within the Partnership and make recommendations to the Board. 

Working Groups

The Partnership's working groups are focused on a variety of important community issues.

Restorative Practices Advisory Council

Collaboration between schools, Goodhue County Court Services, and RiseUp Partnership to address truancy and criminal behavior through restorative practices.

Positive Childhood Experiences

Educating the community about how to reduce the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) through Positive Childhood Experiences (PCEs). Training provides tangible strategies to increase resilience and prevent chronic stress.

Improve Access to Out of School Time Opportunities

Working to increase the capacity of current out of school time opportunities for students. Current efforts are exploring a shared scholarship system and hosting youth activity fairs.

Hispanic Network

Connecting Hispanic professionals serving families and students to strengthen support and referral pathways across Goodhue County.
