Community Grants
The Local Collaborative Time Study (LCTS) is a random moment in time study administered by the MN Department of Human Services to generate new federal dollars for children's mental health and family services collaboratives. Every three years, the Partnership for Children, Youth, and Families of Goodhue County distributes a large portion of these funds through grants to further the mission and the goal of the Partnership.
